|Recommended: YesI’ve lived at Turnberry for almost six months and wanted to share an honest review. The biggest positives are the staff and maintenance team. The office staff is always friendly, and maintenance has been the best I’ve experienced in any apartment.
That said, there are some major drawbacks. The “gated” feature doesn't add much security since the gates are often left open and the property is not fully fenced. USPS delivery is frustrating because packages go to the leasing office, so if the office is closed randomly, delivery will be delayed. That's been especially difficult for me while working from home. We need 24 7 access and this is becoming a huge problem.
The grounds are generally kept up, but the asphalt needs resurfacing BADLY. Parking is just okay, and the dumpster locations are inconvenient at best. The gym is also more basic and less clean than it appeared on the tour.
Overall, the on-site team is excellent, but the property does not feel as “luxury” as it was presented.

|Recommended: YesSo-So — Just moved in. Building is older, leftover cigarette smoke odor in the apartment, but tolerable.
Otherwise good.
The other residents seem pleasant. The stove etc good condition.
It's livable.

|Recommended: NoWould Be Perfect If — As much as I pay in rent, I should be able to call a tow truck to remove unauthorized vehicles in reserved spaces.
What am I paying 60 for just to be told “oh well but thanks for paying.”
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Unfortunately, we are not here 24 hours a day to monitor reserved parking spots. We do have people who go out randomly in the evening to ticket cars in reserved spots that do not have the parking tag visible. We apologize that we missed this and if you let the office know we can tag the car and tow it if necessary.
