|Recommended: YesMy husband and 2 kids have lived here for a year. It has been wonderful. Having everything we need in one place is great. Maintenance is quick, we barley hear our neighbors. During the winter the parking lot is salted and plowed really well. The office lady's are very kind. They take very good care of the grounds as well. One thing I wish they would update is the windowes. Our bedroom gets super cold during the winter but it is a quick fix. It's super quiet to. We love everything about Turnberry place. We love our apartment. Maybe this year we can upgrade to a 3 bedroom.

|Recommended: YesVery Good Apartment — The apartments are excellent, although the wood on the decks and walkways are dried out and need wax. The grounds are spotlessly clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. Maintenance staff are always on the scene within a day. Parking isn't too easy to find late at night, which is a touch difficult with my job. I recommend a garage or carport if you can afford it. The vast majority of neighbors are quiet, and they've all been very kind.

|Recommended: YesDirty Building — Our building is covered in spider webs spiders. From floor to ceiling is dirt, webs, and bugs. Large potholes near the building. Parking is limited so people now park on the side of the parking lot. Noise is very high. Luckily inside the apartment is nicer than outside.
Thank you for leaving us a review. We recommend that you use a broom to keep spider webs at dirt at bay. We do try to power wash breezeways when the weather is nice. We are also in the process of getting our asphalt repaired. We do offer garages or carports to rent if you would like a reserved parking spot.

|Recommended: YesGood Job — There are times it's really had to find a parking spot near your apartment. In our apartment building there are a lot of dogs. You always hear when certain dogs go outside because they bark loud if they see anyone else while they are out. This is a daily occurrence. This could also be the reason for dog poop all behind our building But the maintenance and property staff are wonderful They are super helpful and for those reasons I would recommend this complex to anyone

|Recommended: YesJust Love Living Here — This apartment and community felt like home so quickly. We felt welcomed by the staff and neighbors. The apartment quality is great. We've only had minor maintenance issues, but they have dealt with them so quickly and nicely. The grounds are maintained feel like a country club. Love that there are people and families in all stages of life. So glad to be here.

|Recommended: NoNoisy, Thin Walls Floors Ceiling, Cannot Access Delivered Packages — The walls, ceilings, and floors are very thin. All noises from property, parking lots, neighbors, neighbors pets, and weather can be heard as if no barrier is between you and your surroundings.
Delivered package area is inaccessible outside of clubhouse hours. This is a place of residence and the fact I am not able to check or receive packages that are not delivered to my doorstep does not sit well. I would not expect to have to treat receiving a package as a chore such as going to the store. This is an item I had shipped to my home address.
Amenities shown on website are not available as listed. Specifically the car wash area.
Barking dogs are an issue at these apartments and becomes a headache and nuisance if working from home and when arriving home from a workday to relax.
One positive is that the office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful.
Overall I would not recommend this complex as a place if residence.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to work with you regarding packages, if you suspect that a package has been delivered to the clubhouse please call us (636-477-0440) so we can arrange something if you are unable to come by during business hours. Our carwash area is only available during the spring/summer months and we close it when we close the pool. We are unable to keep it open during the colder winter months due to freezing issues.
We will happily reach out to your neighbors regarding the barking.
