|Recommended: YesWork In Progress — Work in progress. When moving into a new home or apartment there’s always a work in progress. What counts is how soon the work in progress gets done. If you have a new client moving in mostly everything should be a top notch. Kitchen and bathroom are the most important kitchen must be ready to go because you have to eat bathrooms must be ready to go because you have to bathe those two things are the most important to me, unfortunately my unit wasn’t ready on the first and I am still waiting, hopefully as friendly as the staff is they would get to it soon.
|Recommended: YesFirst Day — everything outside is very clean but inside was still really dirty dusty. we deep cleaned before moving our stuff in. there was also some things broken or not put together. overall, we're still excited to get moved in
|Recommended: YesI have lived here for a year and four months now and I absolutely love it. It was exactly what I needed when I moved to this area. Close to everything. The grounds, as far as the landscaping, are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is fantastic and very good to my dog when we visit the clubhouse to get packages. There are so many amenities to utilize. My building is quiet and private, and it faces the woods. The few times I have called on maintenance, they are there almost on the same day and do it quickly and neatly. The outside stairs are about the only thing that might need to be fixed on some buildings. Parking is good in my area. Some residents need to clean their patio up, but in all, its a great place to live. My dog and I will be here for a while

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — The maintenance staff is very helpful and responsive. Problems get resolved very quickly within a day or two. The apartments are perfect and the property staff is also cooperative.

|Recommended: YesFeeling Of Home — Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The staff is always ready and willing to help. I requested some work to be done when I first moved in and they came the next day to complete the work. I would recommend making Turnberry Place your new home.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartments — Apartments are nice and the grounds are clean. My kids love the pool. From my experience maintenance repairs are in a timely manner. I stay in the second floor and the upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy, but who’s to say how we sound to our neighbors downstairs. Just comes with staying in an apartment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The ladies in the office are all so sweet and helpful. The property always looks clean, it's fairly quiet, the landscaping is so pretty, and maintenance stays on top of any issues you might have which probably won't be many.

|Recommended: YesApartment — Landscaping is beautiful. The maintenance staff are polite. The office staff are always friendly to me. The only thing is the noise from upstairs tenant. They should adhere to the leasing rules.

|Recommended: YesCould Be Improved — It's a nice place within reason. Grounds cleanliness could be much improved. Since being here 7 months almost, lots of stuff has broken around our building. Big issue with people and their dog poop being left for us to step in. Grounds keepers don't care to help with that. They are no help at all when it came to the snowy and icy weather. There are peeping Tom neighbors that stalk your moves which discomforting. The only front office staff that's helpful is Jennifer and an older gal with tattoos, she is our favorite.

We do ask that people be responsible pet owners and pick up after their pets. If you see someone not picking up after their pet please don't hesitate to let the office know as we do reach out and fine people for not picking up. It helps to have a picture so we can properly identify the person(s).
We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the snow removal. We have a team and we do the best we can during inclement weather shoveling to give people access to the parking lot. We also have a company that comes through to plow and salt when necessary. We just ask for patience when these issues arise as it takes time to get people here safely so that we can help everyone here.
