|Recommended: YesI Love It For The Most Part — This place is amazing whether you're just moving out on your own for the first time or if you're looking for a home for your family. The only thing that I would complain about is the maintenance staff due to the fact we have told them about some issues around 2-3 months ago and nothing has been fixed. To be fair after the first month I kinda gave up and stopped bugging them about it. Like I said before though besides that one little thing living here is amazing for anyone

You have a unique circumstance since you live in our newly renovated building, everything is under warranty so it did take us a bit longer to get your issues fixed because we have to go through a 3rd party. |Recommended: Yes280K — The BEST residential or any, for that matter community I have EVER encountered. The office staff are, to a person, incredibly helpful, caring, patient, friendly and empathetic. If there is a performance parameter they could improve on I certainly cannot think of it. And, as icing on the cake, my rental unit is beyond fantastic. I am truly blessed to be a part of something this special. And no, I received no compensation for this review nor was it effected by duress or undue influence . Sometimes the world just needs to know about wonderful people…

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We have loved our time here at Turnberry Place. It's a safe and friendly environment. We have a toddler and have just grown to love the place and the area around convenient to get to all things we would need i.e. groceries, shopping, gas, parks, downtown etc.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful — The apartment complex is very quiet to my surprise. I relocated from a small town. My neighbors are wonderful. I have met people who have lived here for 9 years and have had nothing but positive things to say as well as feel safe. It's close to all the necessities a person requires and if you are lazy, food to order. I've been here a month and I love it
