|Recommended: YesGorgeous Grounds, Friendly Staff, And Welcoming Community. — Turnberry Place has by far been the best apartments I've lived in so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the community here is robust and friendly. The property is really pretty with all of the trees and grass.
My only gripe would be the state of the siding. Much of the siding in stairwells is dirty and covered in spiderwebs, grime, and other nasty-ness. Would love to see semi-annual powerwashing of the buildings and outdoor staircases.

The staff at Turnberry have been super friendly, accommodating, and have answered my inquiries quickly.
The only complaint I have is that noise from neighboring apartments carries.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend Turnberry.

|Recommended: YesNot A Bad Place To Live — It's a pretty nice apartment, and located well. But has some minor issues. The windows have broken seals so you can feel the outside weather well, and parking half the time seems to be impossible

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I scored noise low because I live right night to the apartment that is being rebuilt. Lots of hammering and saws. No noise from neighbors. The construction also blocks a lot of parking, and its an eye sore.

|Recommended: YesIt’s Great For The Money — The quality of the construction is poor. I like the layout. The doors weren’t installed correctly. The electric fir the kitchen wasn’t ran properly. The microwave has issues, we just reset breaker. It’s great for the money and the area. The washer and dryer could be a little better quality. The amenities are awesome The widows have poor r value insulation . They let in a lot of cold air.
